How It Works!

In order to register a sole proprietorship company or Business name registration, you need to meet the following;

1. Name of Business – A Business name search needs to be performed first as part of the sole proprietorship registration process.

for a Partnership Business, require minimum of at least two people with a maximum of 20 people will be required.

7. Nationality – You will also be required to avail your nationality as indicated on your identification documents e.g. Kenyan, British, American, Korean, Nigerian etc.

8. Age – You must make sure that you have provided your correct age based on your ID/Passport

9. Gender – Here you either state Male (M) or Female (F).

10. Usual place of residence

11. Other business occupation– Your occupation

12. Signature at the back page of the BN2 Form document
